As the former Chef de Cuisine of Chez Fon Fon in downtown Birmingham, I spent years refining my culinary craft, always with a dream tucked away in the back of my mind—a menu for a restaurant that would reflect my unique vision. While some of those ideas were a little out there, I focused on scaling them down and perfecting them, creating dishes that are memorable and full of heart.

The name Henrietta holds a special place in my story—it was my grandmother’s middle name, and it perfectly captures the warmth and tradition I aim to bring to the deli. Every dish here is a labor of love, designed to delight your taste buds and keep you coming back for more.
